European Breads and Pastries
Before moving to Canada Christina owned her own restaurant in Switzerland. Making culinary treats and delicacies continue to be part of her creative repertoire. She enjoys making speciality breads, pastries and other goodies, such as baked apple and pear chips. Clients at the Big Sky Ranch B & B can look forward to delightful homemade goods. As well, Christina and Claudio sell their European treats at local markets.
