Apprenticed with European Masters

Claudio completed his apprenticeship as a bricklayer in 1997.  Since then he has been building walls, houses and other structures with bricks and mortar.  One of Claudio's specialities is pizza ovens.  Please feel welcome to contact Claudio if you are interested in commissioning your own pizza oven, or another one of his creative brickwork projects.

The pizza oven that Claudio designed at Big Sky Ranch is based on a 1000-year old oven in the medieval castle of Schloss Chilon, in Geneva, Switzerland. The oven is an Italian design and makes delicious pizza!
